初期費用には何が含まれますか？
ボーダレスハウス日本
礼金30,000円、保証金20,000円、初月の賃料及び水道光熱費を、お申し込み後3営業日以内にいただいております。お布団のレンタルをご希望の方は、初回のみレンタル費用9,000円が追加されます。（布団セットには、マットレスパッド、シーツ、掛け布団、掛け布団カバー、枕、枕カバー、ブランケットが含まれます。）

※初月家賃は入居日からの日割り計算となります。
※現在空室の部屋にお申し込みの場合、お申し込み日から遅くとも2週間後からの賃料発生、空室予定のお部屋にお申し込みの場合、空室予定日から遅くとも2週間後からの賃料発生となります。
※滞在期間により、退去時に保証金から5,000円〜10,000円を原状回復費として償却いたします。
ボーダレスハウス韓国
事務手数料300,000ウォン、保証金500,000ウォンの合わせて800,000ウォンを、お申し込み確定後3営業日以内にいただいております。お布団のレンタルをご希望の方は、レンタル費用60,000ウォンが追加で発生いたします（初回のみ）。
事務手数料は返金不可となっており、ハウス管理などご入居後のサポート代としていただいております。保証金は、退去時に設備の問題や未払い家賃がなければ全額現金にてお返しいたします。
初月の賃料及び水道光熱費（ご入居日から日割りで計算）は、ご入居日当日までにお支払いいただいております。
ボーダレスハウス台湾
事務手数料1,500NTD、保証金5,000NTDの合わせて6,500NTDを、お申し込み後1営業日以内に頂いております。
